Very impressed with my first experience with Klima Tech.  They sent Brian over to figure out why my ac was not cooling properly.  Not only did he arrive on time but he was super efficient and took care of the issue in a timely fashion.  Brian was polite, professional and pleasant to deal with. I first reviewed this company about 5 years ago. Since then, I have had nothing but good experiences. My AC unit was older and I like to be proactive about replacement to avoid getting stuck with no AC during the heavy summer months. As such, I have been asking Eduardo about replacing the AC Unit and his feedback (for the last few years) has been that the unit is still good and well maintained - no need to spend money prematurely. I found this approach so refreshing but I was not surprised because of the overall efforts of this company. They are HONEST! So, it finally happened that my system was leaking freon and it was not cost-effective to repair. My system lasted for over 15 years - mind you, I had this company do maintenance every 6 system and I don't use much AC - also my home is well insulated with new tinted windows which block heat. Eduardo quoted me a fair price on Friday afternoon and installed the new AC unit on Monday - great turnaround time! My new system works perfectly and quieter and more efficient than the previous one. There's also a nice tax rebate! I couldn't be more pleased. I recommend this company without reservation. ******************************************************* *****Posted about 5 years earlier****** I have used KlimaTech for the last 2 years for my home and retail store. I am posting this review primarily because I want to encourage small businesses that genuinely care about their customers and do good work. I have had approximately  7 or 8 visits to service and maintain my AC units and each time (without exception), Eduardo and/or Luis showed up on time or called to say they were delayed, they were courteous and professional, they knew their stuff and charged a fair, reasonable fee. Last summer, my AC at the store stopped working suddenly, I put in an urgent call - Eduardo showed up in about 90 minutes. The problem was an electrical fuse - took less than 30 minutes to fix! A few days ago, I contacted Klimetech to repair my air conditioner. Unfortunately, it turned out that the unit needed to be replaced. At first, I was a bit skeptical, as I was not familiar with the company and found them through recommendations from my friends. However the team proved to be extremely professional, honest and reliable. The work was done quickly, neatly, with great attention to details. We used Klimatech to get a new AC system.  The owner Eduardo was personally involved from start to finish, which really stood out. He was incredibly honest, taking the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell or push unnecessary work. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and hands-on these days. I recently had a friend recommend Klimatech for my A/C repair. Never having used them before I was a little skeptical but went ahead on my friends recommendation. While troubleshooting my a/c unit he advised it had leaked out all my refrigerant and needed to proceed with a leak test for a fee of course, but he would let me know. Short while later he called to let me know (I was not home) that his tech found the leak & did not need to charge the fee. Being skeptical I would of guessed that it would have been an opportune time to pick up additional cash by charging the fee anyway. To my surprise & to Klimatech's credit they did the right thing.
