These terms cover the website. Work we perform at your property is governed by the written estimate, proposal, or service agreement you sign for that job. Where the two conflict, that signed document controls.
2. Information on This Site
We describe our services, service areas, and the equipment brands we install as accurately as we can, but the content here is general information, not a technical recommendation for your property. System sizing, equipment selection, and pricing depend on an on-site evaluation. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a guarantee of a particular result.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Any pricing, promotion, or availability shown on this site may change without notice. A binding price is one given in a written estimate for your specific job, and estimates are valid only for the period stated on them. Work beyond the scope of a signed estimate requires your approval before we proceed.
4. Requests Submitted Through This Site
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a service appointment and does not obligate either of us. An appointment exists once we have confirmed a date and time with you directly.

Financing and leasing options shown on this site are offered by third-party lenders, not by KlimaTech Heating & Cooling. Approval, rates, terms, and eligibility are determined solely by the lender and are subject to their credit criteria. We do not make credit decisions and do not guarantee approval.
6. Licensing and Service Area
KlimaTech Heating & Cooling holds Florida licence CAC1821577. We serve Broward and Palm Beach County. Work outside that area is subject to availability and may be declined.
7. Intellectual Property
The content of this site — text, images, logos, and the KlimaTech name and marks — is owned by KlimaTech Heating & Cooling or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating or arranging our services. You may not republish, sell, or use our content or marks commercially without our written permission. Manufacturer names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
